These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the luckgame platform, including all games, services, promotions, and account features available at luckgame.asia. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wagers.

You must be at least 21 years of age and physically located in the Philippines to hold a luckgame account. PAGCOR regulations require age and identity verification for all registered players. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing luckgame.
Minimum deposit at luckgame is ₱100. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for standard accounts and within priority windows for VIP members. All transactions are subject to identity verification and anti-money laundering checks.
All bonuses offered by luckgame are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be converted to cash until applicable rollover conditions are met. Abuse of bonus terms will result in forfeiture.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your luckgame login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. luckgame will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.

By accessing, registering on, or using any service provided through luckgame.asia (hereinafter "luckgame", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("the Player", "you", or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any other rules, policies, or guidelines published on luckgame.asia from time to time.
If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must not register an account, access the Platform, or use any of luckgame's services. Your continued use of the Platform after any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and luckgame.asia. They apply to all access and use of the Platform, including via mobile browser, web application, or any other supported interface.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use luckgame's services. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and applies to all Players without exception. luckgame reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and the matter reported to PAGCOR where required.
3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. luckgame's services are intended for use by persons physically located in the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using luckgame is lawful in your jurisdiction. luckgame accepts no liability for use of the Platform in contravention of applicable local laws.
3.3 One Account Per Person. You may hold only one (1) registered Account with luckgame. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
3.4 Accurate Information. You warrant that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, complete, and up to date. luckgame will conduct KYC verification in accordance with PAGCOR requirements. Submission of false, misleading, or fraudulent information is a material breach of these Terms.
3.5 Prohibited Registrants. The following persons may not register a luckgame Account: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) persons subject to self-exclusion under PAGCOR or luckgame's own exclusion programs; (c) employees of luckgame or its affiliates; (d) persons whose Accounts have previously been terminated by luckgame for cause.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your luckgame login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party.
4.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify luckgame immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. luckgame will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your Account where such use resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.
4.3 Account Verification. luckgame reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including government-issued Philippine IDs, proof of address, and payment method verification — at any time and at luckgame's sole discretion. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account termination.
4.4 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant by luckgame. luckgame reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance fee to dormant Accounts, as notified to the Player by email, until the Account balance reaches zero or the Player reactivates the Account.
5.1 Deposit Methods. luckgame accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT (TRC20), subject to the minimum and maximum limits published on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit is ₱100 Philippine Peso.
5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your luckgame Wallet within 30 seconds. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day depending on the issuing institution. luckgame is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawal requests will be processed within twenty-four (24) hours for standard Accounts and within priority timelines for VIP Account holders. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. luckgame reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending completion of verification procedures.
5.4 Withdrawal to Source. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. luckgame reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
5.5 Anti-Money Laundering. luckgame maintains full compliance with Philippine AML legislation and PAGCOR requirements. luckgame is required to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities. Unusual deposit or withdrawal patterns may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures including temporary account restrictions.
5.6 Currency. All transactions on luckgame are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP equivalent at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. luckgame may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times before the resulting balance (bonus + deposit) may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion details at the time the bonus is offered.
6.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible luckgame Players only. luckgame reserves the right to determine eligibility in its sole discretion. Bonuses are not transferable, not redeemable for cash (unless the applicable wagering requirement has been met), and may not be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.
6.4 Abuse. luckgame reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold related winnings, and terminate Accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, use of automated wagering tools, low-risk hedging strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or collusion with other Players.
6.5 Modification & Withdrawal of Promotions. luckgame reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where such modification would be unreasonably prejudicial to a Player who has already commenced fulfilling the wagering requirements of an existing bonus.
7.1 Game Outcomes. All games available on luckgame use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics supplied by licensed third-party game providers. Game outcomes are independent, random, and not influenced by luckgame or any external party.
7.2 Game Provider Terms. Certain games on the Platform are supplied by third-party providers whose own game-specific rules apply in conjunction with these Terms. In the event of a conflict between a game provider's rules and these Terms with respect to a specific game, the game provider's rules shall prevail for that game only.
7.3 Malfunction. In the event of a software or hardware malfunction that results in an incorrect game result or payout, luckgame reserves the right to void affected rounds and refund the corresponding wager amounts. No compensation beyond the voided wager will be payable. "Malfunction voids all pays and play" is the applicable standard.
7.4 Disconnection. luckgame is not responsible for losses arising from internet disconnection, server interruption, or device failure during active gameplay, except where such interruption is demonstrably attributable to a fault on luckgame's platform.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the luckgame Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
luckgame reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any Account found engaging in prohibited conduct, withhold all funds pending investigation, and report the matter to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where warranted.
All content on the luckgame Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game graphics, software, text, audio, and visual elements — is the property of luckgame.asia or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any luckgame content without prior written consent from luckgame.asia.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, luckgame's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.2 luckgame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill, whether arising from contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, even if luckgame has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes luckgame's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by luckgame's negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.
10.4 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. luckgame does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

12.1 Termination by Player. You may close your luckgame Account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining Wallet balance at the time of closure (after deduction of applicable pending wagers and charges) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable time following completion of KYC verification.
12.2 Termination by luckgame. luckgame reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account, with or without notice, in the event of: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) fraud, suspected fraud, or money laundering; (c) regulatory direction from PAGCOR; (d) failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or (e) any conduct that luckgame reasonably considers harmful to the Platform, other Players, or luckgame itself.
12.3 Forfeiture of Funds. Where termination results from a material breach of these Terms — including fraud, multi-accounting, or prohibited conduct — luckgame reserves the right to forfeit all funds held in the Account. Any forfeiture will be communicated to the Player in writing.
luckgame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
These Terms and Conditions and any non-contractual obligations arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute between you and luckgame arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact luckgame's customer support team to attempt informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
